Dr. Manale Karam

Founder & CEO

PhD in Molecular and Cellular Oncology. 16 years of international research experience across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Dr. Karam has led multidisciplinary oncology programs spanning tumor microenvironment biology, anticancer therapeutic strategies, NK cell-based approaches, and translational preclinical development. She has extensive experience in regulatory preparation, including IND/IMPD frameworks and Scientific Advice procedures. She is the inventor of Itero-101’s oncology applications and leads the scientific, strategic, and operational development of IterOnco.

Joelle Karam

Business Development Manager

With a background in public health and health policy, and experience in fundraising and strategic partnerships, Joelle oversees business development, including market analysis, client relations, institutional and operational partnerships, and international development. She also contributes to funding strategy and supports IterOnco’s growth within the deeptech ecosystem.

Karla Melo

Research Associate

With an engineering background, Karla supports IterOnco’s preclinical research activities, contributing to experimental work, literature review, data analysis, and coordination with CRO partners.
